Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cadence mobile application ("Cadence", "the app"), a product of Bitwiz ("Bitwiz", "we", "us", "our"), an independent developer based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By downloading, installing, or using Cadence, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Cadence is a sales productivity tool for Android. It helps you work through a list of contacts, place calls from your device, log outcomes and notes, and view your own call history and analytics. Cadence is a tool; you are solely responsible for how you use it and whom you call.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Cadence.
3. Accounts
To use the paid features you sign in with your email via a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for all activity under your account. Sharing one account across multiple people or devices does not increase your plan limits (see Section 5) and may lead to suspension (Section 10).
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Cadence offers paid plans: Pro, ₹499/month or ₹4,990/year (250 calls/day); and Unlimited, ₹799/month or ₹7,990/year (unlimited calls/day). An Enterprise plan is planned.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Access is granted for the period you pay for. You may cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy at cadence.bitwiz.in/refund.
- We may change prices or plans; changes apply to future billing periods and will be reflected in the app and on our website.
5. Fair use and limits
Each plan includes a per-day calling limit enforced per account across all devices. Attempting to bypass limits, share a single account among many users, or otherwise abuse the service is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use: your responsibility for calls
You agree to use Cadence lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including India's telecom and unsolicited-commercial-communication rules (e.g. TRAI regulations and DND/DLT requirements). You are solely responsible for having the necessary consent and legal basis to contact the numbers you dial. You must not use Cadence for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling. Bitwiz is not responsible for the calls you make or their consequences.
7. Your data
Cadence keeps your contacts, calls, notes and analytics on your device; we do not upload them. Our handling of the limited account data we do process is described in our Privacy Policy at cadence.bitwiz.in/privacy.
8. Affiliate programme
Cadence runs an affiliate programme that pays real money on subscriptions bought through your referral link. Joining is free and optional. Everything below is a real constraint on how much you earn and when you get it, so we lead with it rather than bury it.
8.1 Joining, and the three tiers
Any Cadence account holder who meets Section 2 can take part. A referral is attributed to you when the other person applies your code to their account; it cannot be added afterwards. There are three tiers:
- Normal user (the default): you earn no cash commission. You earn a free month, a 30-day extension of your own access, for every two referred people who go on to pay, and another for every two after that. If you have no active subscription when you redeem one, it starts a 30-day Pro period. A free month is not a payment by you and does not start your own paid tenure.
- Affiliate: you opt in yourself from the affiliate portal. Your referrals earn cash on the ladder in 8.2.
- Creator: an affiliate we approve after you apply with your channel. Creators earn a flat 50% of every payment a referral makes, with no tenure limit. You may have one application open at a time; if we decline it, your current tier is unchanged and you may apply again.
Free months accrue at every tier, on top of any cash commission. Referrals from an account that has shared a device with yours do not count towards them.
8.2 What you earn
Commission is a percentage of the amount your referral actually pays, and it is created only when a payment is confirmed, never for a click, a signup, or a trial. Your tier is read at the moment the payment is confirmed, so payments made before you joined the programme earn nothing.
For affiliates, the rate depends on how many months it has been since that referral's first payment:
- Their first month: 50%
- Months 2 to 6: 20%
- Months 7 to 12: 10%
- Any annual payment: a flat 25%, in whichever month it falls
Commission stops after month 12. A payment made more than twelve months after a referral's first payment earns nothing, on any cycle. Each of a referral's tenure months pays you at most once: if someone buys several monthly packs inside one month, that is one commission, not several. Creators are the exception, with a flat 50% of every payment and no month limit.
8.3 The 7-day hold
Every commission is held for 7 days from the moment it is earned before it can be withdrawn. The hold exists because the payment behind it can still be refunded or charged back in that window. Until it matures, the commission shows in your balance as maturing, not withdrawable.
8.4 Reversal
If the payment a commission was based on is refunded or charged back, or if we find the referral was manufactured, we reverse the commission. A reversed commission is removed from your withdrawable balance and from your lifetime earnings.
This can happen after the 7-day hold has passed and the commission has become withdrawable. If a reversed commission was attached to a withdrawal you had already requested, that request is rejected, your remaining commissions are released, and you can request the corrected amount again. If we had already paid it out, the amount becomes owed to us and we may recover it by setting it against future commissions or by asking you to return it.
8.5 Withdrawals
- You can withdraw once you have at least ₹200 of matured, unreversed commission. Below that, the request is refused.
- There is no fee. The ₹200 is a floor for making the transfer, not a charge.
- One open request at a time. While a request is open you cannot start another.
- A request sweeps every commission that has matured at that moment; you cannot pick an amount.
- You can cancel a request while it is still awaiting us. Once we begin the transfer it cannot be cancelled.
- Payouts are made by hand, by a person, to the bank account or UPI ID you give us. We aim to do it within a few working days, but we do not guarantee a timeframe.
- We may reject a request. If we do, or if you cancel, your commissions go back to your withdrawable balance and you can request again. If we transfer less than the requested amount, the commissions we did not cover are returned to your balance the same way.
- Commission is paid gross. Any tax you owe on it is yours to account for.
8.6 No self-referral
You cannot refer yourself. Your own account cannot be attributed to your own link, and routing your own subscription through it earns nothing. Referrals that appear manufactured can be reversed, and we can place a hold on your account that refuses any further withdrawal request.
8.7 Your payout details
We ask for payout details only when you request a withdrawal: the account holder's name, and either an account number and IFSC code or a UPI ID, plus optionally the bank name and a phone number. They are stored write-only, so not even you can read them back through the app, and they are deleted the moment the request is paid, rejected or cancelled. We do not keep them on file between payouts, so you enter them each time. Only the last four digits of the account stay on the payout record, so you can tell your own payouts apart. See our Privacy Policy at cadence.bitwiz.in/privacy.
8.8 Changing or ending the programme
We may change the rates, the tiers, the hold, the minimum or any other rule of the programme, and we may end it entirely, at any time. Changes apply to payments confirmed after the change; commission already in your ledger is not re-rated. We may also move an account between tiers or remove it from the programme: commission you have already earned remains payable, and only future payments stop earning. If we end the programme we will tell you and give you a window to withdraw a matured balance that meets the minimum; a balance below the minimum cannot be transferred.
9. Intellectual property
Cadence, its name, logo, and software are owned by Bitwiz. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, including remotely blocking an account or requiring an app update to continue, if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or where necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Cadence at any time.
11. Disclaimers
Cadence is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calls will connect or complete. Call delivery depends on your device, carrier, and network.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitwiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of Cadence. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cadence after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
